Michael Keaton is an American actor, producer and director who is most well-known for his role in the movie 'Birdman. Keaton is an actor with a variety of talents who can play both comedic as well as dramatic characters. Alongside characters with romantic appeal, he starred in action films and thrillers. He developed an interest in performing and acting while he was in his teens and tried his hand at stand-up comedy when he was young men. Even though his comedy endeavors didn't go well however, it served as the basis for his future acting career. Since he wasn't able to become acting, he chose to be a TV cameraman. While working at the television station discovered the desire to work the front of cameras. Through a handful of episodes of Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he got the role on TV. He was a natural actor and was quickly a hit on TV. With great ambitions, he began a career in film and was a household name for his comedy parts. His fame grew for his portrayal of the famous character from Tim Burton's Batman. Being a mature actor he also began to venture into directing and producing. For his role in Birdman (2014) the actor received numerous awards and nominations.
